How do I place my purchase?

Do you offer special services for weddings?

Yes, we design a broad range of wedding attire- bridal wear, bridesmaid’s outfits and sarees, special guest wear and more. Send us a message with your specific request.

How long will it take to get my purchase?

Ready to ship items will be delivered in 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the shipping method chosen. Custom orders will be delivered in 4-6 weeks. You can find the exact timeframe on the product description page. Learn more about shipping here.

Is there an extra cost to change the color or style of a garment?

Generally no, however it depends on the piece, contact us with your specific request.

What happens if my outfit doesn’t fit me?

All our garments come with margin to tighten or loosen if needed. We encourage you to size up if debating between two sizes and always leave ample time for alterations if you plan to wear for an event. 

What is your return / exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our garments, all sales are final. Additionally, we are not able to process a cancellation once an order is placed. On a case by case basis, store credit can be provided for a cancellation request. Learn more about returns and exchanges here.
